A buyer broker is an agent that is fully devoted to serving the buyer, not the seller. A buyer broker has no listings to sell, therefore has no special interest in one property over the next. An agent that lists property will try to sell you property that they have listed, while obtaining the best price for the seller. A buyer broker takes no listings and will never represent the seller. Using a buyer's broker, who has your best interest in mind, may help you shave thousands off a home's purchase price, mortgage or various other costs, and there is no fee to the consumer.
Why use a Buyer Broker?
